We thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their BRCC experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Need to Cancel?

No need to panic, you can always cancel in advance through your portal. Cancel 24 hours prior to schedule appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Last Minute Cancellation

A last-minute cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, will result in a $25.00 fee that will be accessed to your future booking Deposit.

Cancellation Fees

  1. Offense |   $25.00 last minute cancellation accessed to future booking Deposit. Deposit will be $50.00 instead of $25.00. 

  2. Offense | Will be banned from Booking

Running Late?

BRCC services a variety of clients in need of pampering. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to service you. Given the allotted time per style it takes to complete, we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

Late Arrivals

Grace Period

A grace period of 10 minutes is allotted. 10 minutes and after will be cancelled. No late fees or bridals will save your scheduled appointment. We value our time and respect yours as well. Please respect our time and choose a time that best suits your needs.

Need to Reschedule?

Reschedule Through Portal

No need to ask, reschedule in advance through your portal. We ask that you please reschedule 24hrs prior to scheduled appointment in order to avoid $25.00 rescheduling fee.

Feeling Sick?

Illness

Have a runny nose, cough, fever or sick within 24 hours of scheduled appointment? A $25.00 Sick Refundable Deposit is due up front that will be refunded day of appointment to limit the number of no shows or scams. Reschedule in advance to avoid fee, attending an appointment with the following symptoms will be asked to leave immediately. Rescheduling must be within 2 weeks of scheduled appointment.

  1. Offense | $25.00 Due up front in order to reschedule for future date and time.

  2. Offense | $35.00 due up front in order toto reshedule for future date and time.

  3. Offense | Banned from booking

Deposits & Payments

Deposits

All Deposits are non-refundable except Sick Deposits. Deposits are required for clients who are not booking through Sezzle to secure appointment.

Sezzle Payments

Sezzle payments are a third-party contractor. Any payment errors or refunds with Sezzle are to be reported through sezzle customer service support line.

Payments & Refunds

Accepted payments are Cashapp, Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, Zelle, and exact cash. Payments may take up to 1-3 business days to reflect from account depending on banking institute. 
Refunds will have to processed and accepted by third-party contractors in order for refund process to begin. Once refund is accepted the process will take up to 7-10 business days to reflect to bank institution.
